OUR FOUNDATION
ILS Gummies, LLC was founded in 2022 by Rosewood Private Investments, the private equity arm of the Rosewood Corporation. The corporation is wholly-owned by the Caroline Hunt Trust, which was established in 1935 by Haroldson Lafayette “H.L.” Hunt, Jr.
A LEGACY OF SUCCESS
Rosewood has succeeded for generations by investing in various natural resources, real estate, manufacturing, and industrial sector companies.
WHY NUTRACUETICAL CONFECTIONS?
In order to break into the nutraceutical confections space, Rosewood PI vetted hundreds of existing companies, but none of them stood out or addressed the industry weaknesses that Rosewood identified. In fact, the resulting search revealed that the majority of companies in the space are purporting to do things right, do not have the proper equipment to produce a consistent and efficacious finished good, and/or lack the leadership team capable of scaling a business.
Thus, for the first time in the history of the firm; Rosewood decided to “green-field” their way into the space, investing millions of dollars in capital to build ILS Gummies from the ground up and assembling an entrepreneurial leadership team to guide its growth and success.
